AI automation checklist before buying another SaaS tool

Most automation projects fail before the tool choice. The workflow is too vague.

Checklist

- Is the task repeated at least weekly? - Does the input arrive in a predictable place? - Can AI draft a useful next step? - Can a human review the draft quickly? - Can the output be routed automatically? - Can the result be measured in time saved, replies, calls, or revenue?

If two or more answers are unclear, do not buy another tool yet. Define the workflow first.
